some of our favorite spots such as king saud mosque were very close to the hotel. we appreciated al bustan. al hamra district won't disappoint you. perfect for city break.

Vacation base for city break in Jeddah. Free parking onsite was provided. In love with al bustan. The free Wi-Fi was comfortable for working: )

The most thing attracted me is the hostality of the receptionist (Abdul Rahim) very busy guy.. but nevertheless he can smile and listen which are the best two things a receptionist can do

The location doesn't reflect Jeddah.. the best view i could get is ALBAIK restaurant

I liked the location of the hotel, it is conveniently located on the Madinah road which is an important street in Jeddah around which many businesses are located.

The Staff is not properly trained, I do not believe that they have any clue about customer service. They are rude. Another thing to watch out for is the fact that they will deny you Booked.net reservation as many other have commented. The receptionist tried to charge me an extra 50 Riyals per night saying that they have not received the fax. When I confronted him that they have a notorious reputation on Booked.net for doing that, he suddenly found the paper and checked me in. The cleanliness is not very superb as well, when I checked in the fridge had left over food that sinked. In a nutshell, the hotel is not a place for a leisure vacation, it is old, the furniture is old and the staff is rude. If you are just looking for a reasonably priced business stay, where you only need a place to sleep, it might do.

It met my expectation as 4 star hotel.

Room style was nice. Breakfast buffet was nice. Hotel staff was friendly.

1. Parking was difficult, they don't have enough space. 2. My room view was awful, one of the hotel sides faces an abandoned building. Since that curtains is only one layer so I had curtains closed all the time, so it was dark even during the day hours & have to use light all the time.

Only location .. nothing more :(

It should be not more than 2 stars Hotel ! hotel staff+ services+value for money = very very poor and the worse thing is the staff, I'll never come back again :(

Nearby resturants as well as location which give easy access to the famous Almadina Road. The hotel also provide free Wifi

Upon arrival the staff saud that they didnot receve my booking through Booking Com and that they are anyway pleased to provide me with the desred room and the same rate. I insisted that I have confirmed booking and handed over a copy of my derailed reservation which include confirmation number, I also suggested that I have to br sure that Booking Com handels my booking precisly as not to facwe any surprises in the future at this stage the consrerned stafff member suggested that the fax received from Booking Com may have been misplaced by another staff member or not yet applied to the system, I was not convinced and God forgive me I suspected they were to deny your fees !!

Breakfast was ok, the hotel was quite.

The mattres was not comfortable, and the bathroom tiles were cracked.

The bed was comfortable

To start with its not value for money. Many things do not work and the hotel do not offer basic facilities. For starters, I asked for an iron and ironing board and after about one hour when I called back they said they do not have any.The waiters in the braekfast area needs to be trained in decourum as they cahts away very loudy in their lingo between each other. Especially because its a small area it was a nuisance.The wifi is free but is so weak, its as good as not there.

Carpets were dirty and sticky. Wore shoes even in room. Front desk staff don't know anything. Called me 2am to ask if I paid cash or creditcard.

In fact, the hotel was real below expectations, I did not like it

Be carful that the service room may step in your room if you do not answer him and do not be surprise if you see him sand beside you while you are sleeping.

Reception wanted to charge full payments upon check in which I advised them to pre auth from the credit card and they refused, I had to keep my passport at reception for the guarantee
